Gift - The Lunar Dragon

This here was a very important project for me. It was my 4th anniversary year and I wanted to make something special for my husband, and that year we had started out project called TableTop Garage Band. You'll see more art of that project soon, trust me!

At nights I would draw this, flinching if my husband started moving around while sleeping (My desk was located in the bedroom). I wanted to bring in all I got for this project, and I dare say the result was a success! He loved the result.

On the morning of our anniversary I snuck onto his phone and changed it to be his background, and later on I made a poster of it for him.

Funny thing about that poster... When you live the first 21 years in a metric system country, everything in your head translates automatically to the metric system. So I'm on the website and I see "Custom size: 29 inches" and think "Well... I suppose that'll do." but little did I know what was arriving...

The frame cost more than the fancy paper print...
